My first introduction to Wholesail was a cold call from their sales team. I'm glad I picked that call up, since every bit of my experience working with the Wholesail team — and product — has been fantastic.

First, I was drawn in by the product itself — simple, elegant, and very fairly priced. Wholesail offered a solution which was more cost-effective than an existing online payment we had been using for a couple of years, and the functionality and user experience offered was leaps ahead of the existing solution.

After we decided to move forward to implement Wholesail to replace our existing online payment solution, I had the pleasure of working with Wholesail's exceptional implementation and integration team. As we worked over the next several months to build out the integration for our ERP, I genuinely enjoyed every interaction with their highly capable, skilled, and friendly people. When we encountered novel use-case situations, their team was always ready to dive into understanding each nuance and propose mutually-beneficial paths to achieve the goal.

Since going live, our customers have enjoyed getting simple and intuitive 24/7 self-service access to their open and past-paid invoices/credits/etc (in addition to applying credits and making payments via credit/debit/ACH). Our accounts receivable team has enjoyed reduced customer inquiries and reduced manual data entry. Our finance department has enjoyed reduced average days-to-pay as well as reduced overhead costs related to payment processing fees.

I also want to commend Wholesail's support team — whether it be supporting our internal team to research/resolve an issue or supporting an end customer effectively use the platform, support has been extremely responsive and effective.

Lastly, Wholesail continues to build out its platform, adding additional tools and reporting capabilities, adding additional value to the product.
